1. Select the product and add it to your cart.
- The goods are divided into categories, which can be found on the title page and at the top of the page.
- You can add the goods to the cart by pressing the "ADD TO CART" button in the overview of goods items, or directly in the item's own card.
- You can increase the number of ordered pieces by setting the quantity (in the item's own card), or by repeatedly pressing the "ADD TO CART" button.
2. Shopping cart and ordering goods
- When you have finished selecting goods, go to the shopping cart by pressing the button in the upper right corner of the page.
- If you are a new customer, you can register before continuing with the order, if you are already a registered customer, just log in. When registering again, fill in all the required information.
- In the case of a purchase without registration, fill in all the required information.
- If you are purchasing as a company or sole proprietor, also fill in all the billing information. After completing the registration, log in and go back to the shopping cart.
- In the shopping cart section, check all the items and their number. You can change the number of items or remove them completely directly in the shopping cart.
- An order can only be created through the e-shop system. We do not accept telephone or e-mail orders.
- After completing the ordering process, the customer will receive a confirmation sent to the e-mail address specified in the order.
3. Delivery and payment
- You can choose the delivery method in the shopping cart. You can collect the goods in person at the GPR spol. s r. o. store at Rybničná 40/E in Bratislava. Delivery is via the transport company Packeta, by courier, or by depositing at a delivery point or in a delivery box.
- Payment can be made in advance via a payment gateway or by cash on delivery.
- Payment for the delivery can be made:
- directly at the courier, in cash or by card;
- at the delivery point, in cash or by card, if the delivery point allows it;
- in the Packeta application;
- directly in the Z-BOX, if it supports payments
- Personal collection at the GPR store is possible for 7 working days from the confirmation of the order. You must wait for a call to collect the goods.
4. Discounts, promotions and wholesale
- Cumulation of discounts on sale products is not possible. The sale price displayed on Vapak.eu is final.
- Wholesale sales (VO) through Vapak.eu are not possible. If you are interested in VO, please contact us at e-mail address eshop@vapak.eu
5. Order cancellation
The Buyer may cancel his order free of charge before its confirmation and also after the order confirmation by phone or e-mail. The paid purchase price for the goods or the advance payment will then be returned to the Buyer no later than within 7 working days by bank transfer or postal order.
In the event of cancellation of the order at a time when the goods have already been sent to the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the actual costs associated with the transport of the goods.
When canceling an order, the following information must be provided: the Buyer's name and surname, order number, ordered goods, account number or address to which the paid purchase price or deposit should be transferred.
The Merchant has the right to cancel the order if it is unable to deliver the ordered goods within the agreed period and the Buyer is not interested in a replacement, in the event of unavailability of the goods, in the event that, despite all efforts, it is unable to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the agreed period or at the price stated in the online store. The paid purchase price for the goods or the deposit will then be returned to the Buyer no later than within 7 working days by bank transfer or postal order. The Buyer will be informed about the cancellation of the order by telephone or e-mail.
6. Exchange and return of goods
Direct exchange of goods is currently not possible. The non-conforming product can be returned according to the instructions below and the required goods can be ordered anew.
The Seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract in the event of stock shortages, unavailability of goods, if, despite all efforts, he is unable to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the agreed period or at the price stated in the online store, or for reasons of force majeure. The Seller shall inform the Buyer of this fact without delay. The purchase price paid for the goods will then be refunded to the Buyer by bank transfer no later than within 7 working days.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason under the conditions regulated by Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services based on a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the seller's premises and on amendments and supplements to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Protection Act in the Sale of Goods"), within 14 days from the day on which the Buyer or a third party designated by him, with the exception of the carrier, takes over the goods. After taking over, the Buyer has the right to unpack and test the goods in a similar manner as when purchasing in a classic brick-and-mortar store. However, testing does not mean starting to use the goods and returning them to the Seller after a few days. The Consumer cannot withdraw from the contract in the case of goods made according to the Consumer's special requirements, or goods intended specifically for one Consumer, or goods that cannot be returned due to their properties.
If the buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, he is obliged to deliver a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract or the MODEL FORM published on the seller's website, by letter to GPR spol. s.r.o. Rybničná 40/E, 831 07 Bratislava or electronically by e-mail to the seller's e-mail address eshop@vapak.eu stating the order number and date, including its specification (goods and purchase price), the buyer's name and surname and his address, the date of withdrawal from the contract and the address for refund, if this is different from the buyer's address. The buyer is also obliged to provide the account number for refund.
The buyer is obliged to send the goods by post or hand them over in person, or through a third party designated by him, to the seller at the address GPR spol. s r.o. Rybničná 40/E, 831 07 Bratislava no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
After withdrawal from the contract, the seller undertakes to refund to the buyer all payments received from him under or in connection with the contract, including the costs incurred for delivering the goods to the buyer; this does not apply if the buyer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the seller. Payments will be refunded to the buyer by the seller in the manner used by the buyer to pay the purchase price, no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods to the seller's address specified in this point or until the buyer provides evidence of sending the goods back to the seller.
The consumer cannot withdraw from a contract the subject of which is:
a) sale of goods made to the specific requirements of the consumer, goods made to measure or goods intended specifically for one consumer,
b) sale of goods subject to rapid deterioration or spoilage
c) sale of goods enclosed in protective packaging, or goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging has been broken after delivery or bears signs of use (including food residues, characteristic odours of food or cleaning products, signs of wear such as scratches or discolouration)
d) sale of goods which, due to their nature, may be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
e) sale of books not supplied in protective packaging.
If the buyer purchased the goods as a company with a valid company ID, the right to withdraw from the contract does not arise - purchases with a company ID are governed by the Commercial Code.
